Understanding our terms for refunds and cancellations.

At Gemba NextGen, we strive to provide the best possible learning experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our PMP certification courses and other services.
1. Course Fee Refunds
1.1. Cancellation by Participant:
- Within 7 days of purchase: If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of the purchase date and before accessing significant course materials (e.g., more than 10% of video content or downloading key resources), you may be eligible for a full refund.
- After 7 days or significant access: No refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is made after 7 days from the purchase date, or if you have accessed more than 10% of the course content, or downloaded any course materials (e.g., e-books, practice questions, templates).
- Live Online Classes: For live online courses, no refunds will be provided once the first session has commenced or if you fail to attend the scheduled sessions.
1.2. Cancellation by Gemba NextGen:
In rare circumstances, Gemba NextGen may cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, insufficient enrollments). In such cases, participants will be offered:
- Enrollment in a future batch of the same course.
- A full refund of the course fee paid.
2. Process for Requesting a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@gembanextgen.com. Please include your full name, course name, purchase date, and a brief reason for the refund request.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following items/services are generally non-refundable:
- Downloaded digital products (e.g., e-books, templates, practice exams).
- Fees for examination applications or external certification bodies.
- Services that have been fully rendered (e.g., one-on-one coaching sessions after completion).
- Purchases made during special promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Changes to This Refund Policy
Gemba NextGen reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
